Allia Bhatt staring ,Gangubai Kathiawadi has stopped due to the ongoing lockdown.

As per reports, the set was constructed by Bhansali’s own production house and is likely to get demolished soon.

Gangubai Kathiawadi, Allia Bhatt staring as a Lead roll  has stopped due to the ongoing lockdown. The film is being directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The set of Gangubai Kathiawadi was set up at Film City in Mumbai. But it remains unused. With an indefinite lockdown in place,

a source revealed, “In March, Bhansali had cleared the payment for the set maintenance. Even when the shutdown was announced, the team had assumed it would delay the schedule only by a month or so.

Gangubai Kathiawadi was scheduled to hit the screens in September this year. It is based on Hussain Zaidi’s book Mafia Queens Of Mumbai.
